Welcome to the PUR Candles website (the "website") terms and conditions. PUR Candles ("PUR", "we", "us" or "our") provides the services availabe on the website. The website is provided by PUR Candles for your personal use subject to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions and your use of the website are governed by English Law and you agree to submit the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court. This does not affect your statutory rights. By using the Website you agree to be bound by these terms.
Our website and the information on the website may be changed or updated without notice as and when we require. We have taken care to make sure that the data on this website is up to date and accurate. However we take no responsibility if information is innacurate, out of date or incomplete.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if we have insufficient stock to fulfil the order. In the unlikely event that this happens we will contact you by email and refund you in full.
We reserve the right to revise our terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time you order anything from us.
All prices quoted are in sterling, are inclusive of VAT (as may be prescribed by law from time to time) and are excusive of delivery charges.
2. UK DELIVERY
2.1 We are a UK based company and only deliver our products to UK mainland addresses.
2.2 Postage and packing prices will be charged in addition to the price of any goods, and are priced as follows:
Signed for, delivery within 2-5 working days, £3.95
2.3 Any date or period for delivery will be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil all orders within a few days; heavy items may take longer to deliver. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery or an order being lost by our couriers, or any other third party.
2.4 Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you as soon as possible.
PUR candles cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by any third party.
2.5 Where the goods are signed for, the customer bears the risk once the goods are signed for. If a customer believes that their parcel has been tampered with, it is their responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods.
Payments must be made in sterling. Our Payment Processing Gateway is managed by Paypal. Our Paypal Payment Gateway doesn't require you to have a Paypal account, should you wish to pay on debit/credit card. We do not hold or retain any of your payment card details.
4. RESELLING OF PRODUCTS
All products available on our website are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of our products.
We reserve the right to cancel or adjust the quantity of any orders we feel may be in violation of these terms.
5. AVAILABILITY OF OUR WEBSITE
We will try to make our website available at all times but cannot be held responsible for any interruptions or errors. Access to our website may be suspended temporarily and without notice.
6. PASSING OF PROPERTY
PUR Candles will retain ownership of the goods until full payment has been made and funds have cleared.
You bear the risk once the products have been signed for/received.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Where goods have been received damaged, a refund/exchange application will only be acknowledged if the goods are returned together with their original packaging within 7 days of receipt to:

To return a damaged product make sure it is securely packaged and return to the address detailed at the bottom of the page. We recommend that a certificate of posting is obtained. We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels lost in transit. If the product is found to be damaged or defective then a full refund will be made within 7 days to the payment card used when placing the original order. You will be informed via email once a refund has been issued.
The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless they notify us within 7 days of their receipt. If no such notification has taken place we will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
7.2 Lost in transit
Any items not received at the order delivery address 10 days after the dispatch date will be resubmitted and reproduced exactly as the original order and immediately resent. If our couriers have unsuccessfully attempted to deliver your goods then the onus is on you to collect them from your local depot/sorting office.
When you place an order with PUR Candles, you are agreeing to be contacted from time to time with news and special offers. Your email, postal address and phone number are not shared with any third party.
